Do you provide all the professional services I will need?
As your financial adviser, we will co-ordinate all the services you need to keep your financial plan on track. We work with a network of trusted professionals such as tax agents, accountants and lawyers and will let you know if we feel you would benefit from their services. We act as the hub for all the advice you need to ensure your financial well-being.
How will I know that I am on track to meet my financial objectives?
We set you on the path to meet your long-term goals and objectives and steer you in the right direction along the way. We will meet with you annually to check that your financial plan and investment strategy remain relevant in the light of changing circumstances, and changing economic and legislative condition. We provide you with quarterly reports on how your investments are performing and are available to talk to you about any concerns you have.
I don’t know anything about investing how will I know where to invest my funds for my future?
We take the worry out of the investment decision by making investment recommendations that are tailored to your personal situation and needs. We take the time to talk to you about what you need to make sure our recommendations are appropriate for you. We take the time to sit with you to explain or recommendations and to give you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need to, until you feel confident that the investments recommended are right for you.
How much will your services cost and will you receive commissions from my investments?
We have always been a fee for service business and do not receive commissions from investment product providers. Everyone’s situation is different and the fees we charge you will depend upon your circumstances. Our advice and ongoing service fees are based on the level of complexity and amount of support you will need. We will advise you of our fees when we meet and prior to undertaking any work for you.
